At Culturally Correct, we believe that true self determination begins with listening to get a better understanding, respect, and meaningful action. We are an Aboriginal-led consultancy based in Australia, dedicated to helping organisations engage authentically with Aboriginal communities through culturally informed practices.

Our mission is simple: to create environments where Aboriginal voices are not only heard but valued, respected, and central to the conversation and decision making. Led by CEO Colin Darcy, a proud Narungga man, Leader & Advocate, our team brings decades of lived experience, community connection, and professional insight.

MEET OUR CEO 

Colin Darcy is the visionary founder and CEO of Culturally Correct. A proud Narungga man and a leader in community, Colin has spent his life advocating for the rights, recognition, and self-determination of Aboriginal people across Australia. With deep roots in community and a strong understanding of both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal systems, Colin brings a unique and powerful perspective to cultural engagement.

His work is grounded in lived, on the ground and corporate experience, cultural knowledge, correct protocols and a passion for justice and equity. Through Culturally Correct, he has created a platform that not only educates but empowers organisations to walk alongside Aboriginal communities in a way that is respectful, informed, sustainable and in a partnership approach. Colin is widely recognised for his ability to facilitate honest conversations, challenge outdated thinking, and guide institutions toward meaningful cultural change. His leadership is driven by one core belief: Cultural respect isn’t a tickbox — it’s a responsibility.
